Unlike many companies, ABM Great Britain adheres to the manufacturer’s guidelines and specification recommendations on preventative and corrective maintenance.

This ensures that your equipment is constantly working as close to 100% productivity as possible, eliminating downtime and interruption to your business. A full service and maintenance agreement will be provided to cover all aspects of service which will include:

All parts and labour
Call out charges
Preventive Maintenance
Emergency Breakdown
Consumables (Excluding Paper and Staples)
Maximum 8 working hours response time

(Beware of companies claiming unrealistic response times) Our average response time is currently running at 2.5 working hours, however what is more important than the initial response time is the first time fix rate. ABM Great Britain are proud of a 94.6% first time fix rate (1st Jan 2011 - 1st Aug 2011). Here at ABM, we are confident that our service is second to none!
