The Self Help Wizard is a knowledge based system designed to give you simple solutions to problems you can fix for yourself. It will never ask you to remove covers or carry out any activity for which specialist tools are required, it will therefore never replace a Service Contract. Once you have selected your product from the drop down menu, the Self Help Wizard will open a new browser window and guide you through a series of trouble shooters.
